Practice leader of the firm’s D.C. Corporate Group. Focuses on M&A, corporate finance, and general corporate and securities matters and has represented purchasers, sellers and their financial advisors in public and private acquisitions and divestitures, negotiated and contested public acquisitions, auctions, privatizations and proxy fights. In addition, he advises clients on infrastructure M&A transactions, including transactions in energy, utility, solar, wind, oil and gas, transmission and water sectors. Moreover, Mr. Sinha advises clients on cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures/strategic alliances.
