Since 2000, Niclas Hermansson has assisted Swedish and foreign companies and individuals with tax advice, often with international connections.

Niclas work mainly with tax matters and in particular tax issues relating to M&A and real estate transactions as well as investment issues, as well as tax planning for closely held companies and VAT. His cases are often of a cross-border nature.
