Nick Dunne joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2008 and is a partner in the firm's Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group. He acts for institutional, professional and private clients in connection with a wide range of high value local, international and cross-border commercial disputes and arbitrations, with a particular interest and expertise in matters relating to fraud and asset recovery. He frequently appears in cases before both the Grand Court and the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal, and also has experience of appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
