Neil Rock is the head of Skadden’s Real Estate Group. He is experienced in acquisitions, developments, financings, restructurings, sale/leasebacks, leasing, partnerships and joint ventures, fund formations, and infrastructure development transactions. He advises clients on their most significant real estate, financing and corporate transactions involving portfolios and strategic assets across diverse sectors, including commercial (office and residential), healthcare (hospitals and senior housing, including assisted/independent living and skilled nursing facilities), hospitality and leisure, retail and mixed-use infrastructure (arenas, stadiums, airports and train stations). His clients have included public and private companies, REITs, funds and governmental entities.
