Nancy Zhang is a partner in JunHe’s Beijing office since 2016. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and real estate. She has substantial experience in counseling offshore clients in mergers and acquisitions and real estate investments in China.
Prior to joining JunHe, Ms. Zhang was a partner at a well-known Chinese law firm advising on mergers and acquisitions, real estate and general corporate services. Ms. Zhang has insights in critical areas relating to mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions in China and has helped clients design creative transaction structures to maximize their interests.
Ms. Zhang is currently an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and she is also a specially engaged legal expert of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources.
Ms. Zhang has been admitted to practice in the People’s Republic of China and is a member of the All China Lawyers Association.
