Milli Kanani Hansen is a litigator who represents major U.S. and international corporations facing aggregate litigation in federal or state court. Milli advises clients on all aspects of litigation, including motions practice, discovery strategy, factual investigation, fact and expert witness development, and appeals. She has significant experience coordinating and managing large-scale or multijurisdictional litigation, including class actions, actions coordinated in multidistrict litigation proceedings, and actions pending in state courts across the country. She also represents clients in governmental enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice and state attorney general offices.
