Mike has a proven track record of navigating a variety of complex gaming issues for both domestic and international clients. He advises digital and land-based casino operators, governmental entities, financial institutions and service providers and suppliers on a wide range of transactions. In particular, Mike has significant experience drafting and implementing digital and land-based casino operating and service agreements and provides clients with regulatory and compliance advice with respect to associated gaming standards and policies. He regularly advises on the legality of new gaming products, services and related registration/licensing issues, including for global iGaming operators considering Canada as a new market. In the M&A space, Mike frequently acts for leading private equity investors on significant and complex investments and acquisitions involving gaming registrants and licensees.
