Mike Sheerin represents clients in a broad range of antitrust transactional, litigation and advisory matters. His representations span a diverse range of industries, including technology, health care, life sciences, insurance, manufacturing, consumer goods, sports, entertainment and professional services.
He regularly appears before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state antitrust authorities. Mr. Sheerin also represents clients in litigation matters, as well as civil and criminal government investigations and advises on day-to-day business issues, including with respect to competitor collaborations and unilateral conduct.
Personal
In recognition of Mr. Sheerin’s work in antitrust and litigation, he has been listed among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Global Antitrust & Competition Lawyers and repeatedly named one of Best Lawyers’ Ones To Watch in America. He also co-authored “Private Litigation and Government Rhetoric Signal Increased Legal Headaches Under the Robinson-Patman Act,” which was recognized as Best Business Article (Private Enforcement) at Concurrences’ 2025 Antitrust Writing Awards.
Mr. Sheerin is also an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School and Georgetown University Law Center.
