Career
Partner and Chair of the firm's Construction Practice, Mike Subak focuses on construction litigation, representing owners, EPC contractors, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of disputes on projects ranging in size from $1 million to more than $10 billion. Mike has tried to verdict or award numerous disputes involving substantial capital projects in the energy (coal, nuclear, solar and gas-fired power plants) and infrastructure markets (airports, pipeline and transmission lines); transportation, including light rail and P3 projects (rail, toll and concession); as well as commercial development projects.
