Michael Albano has a broad practice focusing on complex executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA matters. He regularly advises clients on the taxation, design and implementation of executive compensation and employee benefits agreements and arrangements, as well as the multi-jurisdictional executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, where he excels as a technical lawyer who approaches difficult problems through a practical and commercial lense. Michael is a trusted advisor to boards of directors and their compensation committees, often advising on sensitive and highly visible personnel matters and their related disclosure implications, as well as day-to-day governance issues.
