Brian Byrne’s practice focuses on the antitrust review of mergers and acquisitions, criminal antitrust investigations and other enforcement matters, and civil antitrust litigation. Brian was resident in the firm's Brussels office for over three years (2008-11). He has been resident in the firm’s Bay Area office since 2021, while maintaining his presence in the Washington office as well.
