Jennifer’s clients are a whose-who of California headquartered companies as well as prominent global companies. Jennifer also has an extensive history of representing clients in California federal and state courts, especially in the Northern District of California. She has nearly unparalleled global experience when compared to others in the California rankings, which includes appearances before the DOJ, FRB, OCC, CFTC, SEC, DFS, FINRA, OFAC, state attorney generals, European Commission, UK FCA, SFO, and other global authorities. She has even been called upon by the federal government (the FDIC) and New York state to conduct independent investigations and to release such findings publicly.
