Maureen Linch

Maureen Linch is a partner based in Cleary Gottlieb’s Bay Area office. Her practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and international transactional and advisory tax matters.

Maureen advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, renewable energy development, social enterprise and impact investing, and bankruptcies and restructurings.

Maureen joined the firm as a partner in 2022 from a major international law firm. She received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Barnard College.
