He also advises companies and their boards of directors on takeover defense and governance matters.

Chris has advised a broad range of public and private clients across many industries, with a focus on the technology sector. Recently, Chris has represented Synopsys on its pending $35bn acquisition of Ansys, Oracle on its $28bn acquisition of Cerner Corporation, Marvell Technology on its $10bn acquisition of Inphi, T-Mobile on its pending $4.4bn acquisition of UScellular’s wireless operations and select spectrum assets, and Artémis on its acquisition of a majority stake in CAA from TPG.
