Chris Moore’s practice focuses on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and other transformative transactions. He advises boards of directors, management teams, and investors on strategic transactions and corporate governance matters, with significant experience representing companies in the technology sector.

Chris was named a 2025 “Dealmaker of the Year” by The Recorder and has been recognized as a leading advisor by numerous industry publications and directories.

His recent experience includes representing Synopsys in its $35 billion acquisition of Ansys and in connection with NVIDIA’s $2 billion investment in Synopsys and concurrent entry into a strategic partnership; T-Mobile in its $4.3 billion acquisition of UScellular’s wireless operations and select spectrum assets; and OpenText in its $2.275 billion sale of its application modernization and connectivity business to Rocket Software.
