Elaine Ewing is known for her work across all areas of antitrust law. She serves as regular antitrust counsel to some of the nation’s largest companies and represents a range of clients, including those in the technology, consumer products, chemicals, medical devices, and retail sectors. She advises on many of the marketplace’s most challenging M&A transactions and has extensive experience as coordinating global counsel in multi-jurisdictional transactions. She also maintains an active investigations and litigation practice.
