Mia’s Texas Supreme Court arguments, unanimous jury verdicts in favor of clients across various courts, and dedication to diversity and inclusion make her a trusted advisor in commercial, real estate, and energy litigation, as well as civil appeals.

Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mia handles jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appellate briefings. Her clients range from landowners and nonprofit corporations to businesses involved in breach of contract disputes and real estate transactions. Mia brings a comprehensive approach to litigation and appeals, helping to ensure meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy.
