Meredith Pinson

Meredith Pinson represents major employers throughout the country in a host of industries, including banking and finance, manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and healthcare. She applies a practical, business-oriented approach to addressing her clients’ legal challenges. As a skilled litigator, Meredith represents clients in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including discrimination, whistleblower, ERISA, wage and hour, and non-compete matters. Meredith also has significant experience representing employers in arbitrations before FINRA, as well as ERISA pension and welfare plans and plan sponsors in pension and disability claims, including class actions. In addition to her robust litigation practice, Meredith devotes much of her time to conducting sensitive and complex internal investigations, including for employers in the most regulated of industries. Meredith also acts as a trusted counselor, advising clients on the full spectrum of employment topics and helping her clients navigate sensitive and complex personnel concerns.
