Matt Warren is a transportation regulatory lawyer and litigator who helps transportation providers resolve commercial disputes and comply with regulatory obligations.
Matt represents some of the largest railroads in the United States in regulatory proceedings before federal agencies such as the Surface Transportation Board and Federal Railroad Administration. He also represents railroads in federal and state courts in commercial litigation, in litigation involving federal preemption of state and local law, and in petitions to review agency decisions before federal courts of appeal. In addition, Matt advises parties to transactions involving transportation assets and represents parties in proceedings to obtain regulatory approval of transactions.
Matt is a member of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals.
