Matthew is head of the Employment Team and is a seasoned Employment Tribunal advocate, having provided advice and representation to individual and corporate clients in employment matters for over 27 years. He has appeared in several important employment appeals and has had some notable successes. He is regularly called upon to advise on complex issues and appear on behalf of clients in Tribunals across England and Wales.
Matthew represents both Claimants and Respondents in all aspects of Employment Law including unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE.
