Nick is a financial remedy specialist. He has practised in this area since he was a solicitor and has over 25 years experience. His practice is mainly in financial proceedings arising on divorce and under Schedule 1 of the Children Act although he is also instructed to advise on and draft both pre and post nuptial agreements. He is regularly instructed in cases with assets both within and outside the jurisdiction of up to £20m. His cases also tend to include issues such as the identification of non-matrimonial property, company valuations and liquidity, trusts, inherited assets, third party interests and significant incomes. He is a keen supporter of ADR and sits as both a private FDR evaluator and is a qualified Arbitrator.
Nick is known for his ability to easily distil complex issues into pragmatic advice and is respected for his calm and measured approach, both when giving advice and in court.
