Partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice, Matt Swett concentrates on the acquisition, sale, development, leasing and financing of commercial real estate properties, representing real estate investment managers, entrepreneurial developers and national retailers. Matt also represents private real estate investment management funds in connection with the acquisition, development, financing (construction and permanent) and sale of millions of square feet of office, industrial and warehouse space, as well as multifamily projects. Additionally, Matt has represented these funds in connection with the acquisition and development of numerous projects in the Mid-Atlantic states slated for building rehabilitation, as well as build-to-suit and speculative development of office, industrial and multifamily facilities.

Matt also represents companies in the life sciences industry in connection with the leasing of office, industrial, and warehouse properties, drawing upon his deep industry know-how and market insight to provide holistic guidance to life sciences and pharmaceutical companies on their real estate needs.
