Also advises on "pay-to-play" laws that impose special restrictions on the political activity of companies having or seeking government contracts, as well as their covered employees, directors, PACs, and affiliates. Implements comprehensive compliance systems covering all government affairs activities and develops procedures in reaction to new laws.
