Mark is a partner with over 30 years of experience in the maritime and legal sectors, including time as a ship’s captain. He specialises in transactional shipping and offshore energy matters across the life of an asset, including construction, conversion, long term chartering and service contracts, sale & purchase (including of vessels under construction), and recycling across a wide range of vessels and offshore energy assets including FPSOs, FLNGs, drilling units, wind turbine installation vessels, ice breakers, superyachts and more.
