am married and the father of two girls who keep us busy. When time allows, I enjoy watching and playing sport (tennis, cricket and rugby mainly) as well as following the fortunes of Ipswich Town FC.
When not doing that, we have a miniature Schnauzer who enjoys taking us for long walks.
I act for a mix of lender clients across different sectors including high street banks, asset finance providers, specialist real estate lenders, challenger banks and alternative lenders. I also have a strong borrower client practice acting for both sponsor backed businesses and owner managed corporates.
• Acting for a finance provider in connection with its borrowing base and specialty warehouse financing from various lenders, including the drafting of appropriate sale and purchase and servicer arrangements
• Acting for a consumer finance provider in connection with is warehouse facilities from a specialist fund which provided for wet and dry funding lines
• Acting for a regeneration fund on development facilities totalling c£60m and the subsequent phased redemption and release of security
• Advising a North West family owned business in relation to its various facilities, including a syndicated ABL facility and its subsequent refinance (as part of a private equity investment and de-merger)
• Acting for a bank in connection with senior acquisition facilities made available to a sponsor backed business that also had second lien facilities in place
