Alan Pugh

I’ve worked in the construction and engineering sector for over 27 years and have a broad experience of both dispute and project work in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently, my work focuses on project work and contractual advice. The project work ranges from infrastructure and energy related projects to all aspects of the living sector (including higher risk buildings), regeneration projects and advising many management companies on building safety remedial works, either funded by the BSF, the CSS or private developers.

I trained at Hill Dickinson between 1996 and 1998, qualified into the construction and engineering team. I became a partner in 2007 and head of the team in 2015.

Law Society

I am married with two boys and live in cheshire. I enjoy the outdoors and most sports. I coach U13 and U16 hockey and manage an U13 team on Saturdays. On the odd occasion you might see me playing hockey. I also enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, golf and keeping fit. I attend the local village church and I am on the local church council.
