£80m Purchase and long term financing of property at Central Square, Leeds which was one of the largest property purchases outside London in 2024. Completed 22 October 2024.
• Chester Zoo
Assisted regular client Chester Zoo with the amendment, restatement and extension of its £49,500,000 term loan and revolving credit facility for development projects at Chester Zoo. Completed 30 April 2024.
• Legacie
£92,245,000 development loan facilities made available by Maslow Capital to our client Legacie Towers Liverpool Limited for the development of 656 residential units with ground floor commercial units at Leeds Street, Liverpool known as Gateway. Completed December 2024.
• University of Chester
Assisted regular client University of Chester with its £25,000,000 revolving credit facility from Santander to refinance all existing indebtedness of the University with various previous providers.
• Nat West
Assisted Nat West with the £30m term loan and revolving credit facilities and security property substitutions for South East based residential homebuilder Stonebond Group.
Completed 30 September 2024.
• Santander
Assisted regular client Santander Real Estate Finance with a £55m term loan facility to Apex Property Holdings Limited to refinance an extensive mixed property portlolio. Completed September 2024.
• Ennogen Healthcare International Limited
Assisted Ennogen International, an international pharmaceutical and medical device company with it £30,000,000 revolving credit facility for global expansion with Santander UK. Completed 16 April 2024.
