He has extensive experience working on a variety of transactions for both public and private companies across a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, human capital, aviation, leisure, motor, property and landed estates, engineering and manufacturing.

Tom has particular expertise in advising on buy and build strategies and advises a number of the firm’s leading acquisitive clients including, in particular, The Bannatyne Group, Lookers plc and Northumberland Estates.
