She has unsurpassed experience in coordinating European and multi-jurisdictional regulatory projects in the communications and technology sectors. Her experience is acknowledged by constant top tier listings in leading professional legal directories and awards.

Marjolein Geus is a partner based in our Dutch offices with a global focus, specialising in European and international regulatory projects in the communications and technology sectors. Today, she is Chair of Bird & Bird’s Global Tech & Comms Group and heading the firm’s international Regulatory & Public Affairs practice.

Marjolein is a frequent conference speaker on international conferences and has written a range of published works on European and national legislation and regulation such as the European Electronic Communications Code, the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the Data Act and the AI Act.
