Specialises in advising businesses on civil and commercial law, particularly in M&A, due diligences and vendor due diligences, investment agreements and commercial contracts. He has advised both buyers and sellers, including private equity funds, on over a hundred projects involving domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He supports the development of foreign investment in Poland, advising companies investing in special economic zones. Attorney ad litem in arbitration proceedings based on investment treaties and adviser to investors and the State Treasury in numerous BIT-based proceedings. Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. An expert in the field of bankruptcy and liquidation.
