Prolific career as counsel, arbitrator, mediator and expert witness in international commercial and investment disputes. Engaged in leading cases in construction disputes, oil&gas, international contracts, insurance, estate and investment disputes, involving top international and domestic companies. His activity in arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution has made him a reference in LatinAmerica.

Head of the Theory and Philosophy of Law's Department at the Faculty of Law of UCAB, and Founder and Chairman of the ADR; constantly participating in conferences worldwide.

Included as mediator and arbitrator of: the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce; and the Centro Empresarial de Conciliación y Arbitraje (CEDCA) of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce (VenAmCham); Founder and Vice-President of the Asociación Venezolana de Mediación; Member of the board of directors of the Venezuelan Chapter of the Club Español del Arbitraje; Former Vice-President of the Asociación Venezolana de Arbitraje; Member of the Arbitration Committee of VenAmCham; Former member of the Advisory Council of the CEDCA Arbitration Center;
