Mr. Sosa has extensive experience in corporate restructuring transactions, M&A, and private equity; Advisor of important companies and international investors in all fields of Corporate Law. Has been appointed in the Board of Directors of various important companies in Venezuela in telecom, automobile, financing entities and services companies.
