Attorney at the Tax Matters Division of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Venezuela (1989-1993); Partner in ARAQUEREYNA (since 1996) and is the coordinator of the Tax Department of the Firm.

Ms. García has substantial experience advising corporations on Tax Planning, as well as individuals on Family Estate Planning and Patrimonial Protection. She has vast knowledge in local taxation matters and conducting and pursuing administrative and jurisdictional procedures in tax matters, including tax audits and administrative appeals.

Member of the Venezuelan Tax Law Association (AVDT) and member of the Board of Directors of said institution (since 2011); Member of the Caracas Bar Association, Venezuela; Member of the Taxes Committee (VenAmCham) and President of said committee (since 2020); Member of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan-Colombian Economic Integration Chamber (CAVECOL) and Coordinator of the Legal Committee of said Chamber (2007-2011).

Author of a number of publications specialized in Tax Law.
