I’m a partner and regional head of the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham. I’ve spent over 25 years helping people secure the compensation they need to move on with their lives after becoming seriously ill or injured through negligent treatment.

Over the years, I’ve supported clients across the full range of medical negligence cases. This ranges from issues involving hospitals, GPs and other healthcare professionals to claims arising from the most serious and life-changing injuries.

Chambers and Partners, one of the UK’s leading legal directories, has ranked me for over a decade and praises my client-centred approach to claims, stating: “He always has his clients at the forefront of what he is trying to do.”

A large part of my work involves helping families whose children or babies have been injured at birth, as well as clients living with brain and spinal injuries. I’ve also represented many families after the loss of a loved one, guiding them through coroner’s inquests with care and understanding.

I’m proud to have secured several multi-million-pound settlements for those who’ve suffered catastrophic injuries, helping to make sure they have the long-term support and security they need.

I’m a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
