Partner. Specialist in administrative and regulatory law, particularly in the energy sector. Former secretary of the Board of Enagas, he is a member of its management committee and director of legal affairs. He has also held various legal management positions in the Gas Natural Group. He is a state lawyer and was counsel for the state at the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Spanish Ministry of Justice and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Career
He has lectured at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios Luis Vives, the Universidad de San Pablo CEU, IESE, and the Instituto Superior de la Energía. He has participated in conferences at prestigious centers, and at various forums related with the energy and gas industry.
Professional Memberships
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, and of the board of examiners in the public competitive examinations to become counsels for the state, judges and diplomats. He also is a member of the Spanish Sports Arbitration Court.
