Coordinates one of SLCM’s corporate/M&A teams, focused in domestic and cross-border transactions (inbound and outbound) and has a strong track record in sectors, such as telecoms, media, energy, agriculture, food & beverage, healthcare, tourism and infrastructure.

Professional activity is primarily focused on Mergers and Acquisitions – private acquisitions, joint-ventures, alliances and private equity. Has been engaged in high level domestic and cross-border transactions (inbound and outbound), complex restructuring deals, buyouts and takeovers. Has extensive experience in private equity and banking and finance related work. He is highly experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions, Privatizations, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Company Law. Also concentrates practice on corporate governance matters.

Partner at SLCM since 2005. His career has been exclusively at SLCM where started to work in 1998.

Personal

Graduate in Law (1998), curricular part of the Master’s degree in Law (2003) and completion of the LL.M. in “International Trade and Business Law” (2007) at Lisbon Catholic University. Former Assistant Teacher of Administrative and Constitutional Law at Lisbon Catholic University (1998-2002).
