The main projects on which he has advised in the last years include corporate finance, real estate finance, simple or structured securities issuances by public or private entities, project finance, securitizations and structured finance. He also has expertise in capital markets, namely takeovers and IPOs, and is involved in the recent reform of the Securities Code.
