Career

Partner. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, having focused his practice mainly in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration (domestic and international).

Miguel de Almada acts as lawyer and arbitrator and has vast experience in advising on pre-litigation and judicial litigation and arbitration cases in several sectors, including construction, projects, concessions, public-private partnerships, joint ventures, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, energy, distribution and retail, food industry, telecommunications, banking and financial services.

He often lectures in postgraduate and graduate law courses on arbitration and participates as a speaker in work sessions, seminars and conferences in his areas of practice both in Portugal and abroad. Author of several articles in the field of Arbitration.
