Inês Pinheiro

Expert in labor matters and labor litigation. Inês Pinheiro specializes in advising on downsizing; negotiations with staff, employers associations and labor unions; planning and implementing collective dismissals; contract negotiation and labor law compliance audits. She advises clients from a wide range of sectors, including industrial, trade and service provision, such as fast-moving consumer goods, banking, media, construction and real estate.

She joined Cuatrecasas in 2023. From 2004 to 2022, she worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023.

Before that, she was head of the legal and human resources department of a multinational for 13 years.
