Luis Pedro is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Guatemala with over 2 years of experience at the firm, specializing in Litigation and Arbitration, with a strong focus on constitutional, civil, commercial, and administrative disputes. His practice is characterized by a strategic approach and solid procedural knowledge, enabling him to deliver effective solutions for complex legal disputes.

He was also part of the firm’s real estate team, where he supported the structuring of real estate projects, drafting of horizontal and condominium property regimes, as well as the preparation of civil and commercial contracts. This experience allowed him to strengthen his skills in notarial and registry law, adding a comprehensive understanding of corporate and real estate transactions to his litigation profile.

In 2019, he participated in the Judicial Observatory of the Criminal Justice System, a program led by Universidad Rafael Landívar in collaboration with the Judiciary, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the German Development Cooperation (GIZ). As part of this initiative, he contributed to the analysis of judicial files, case rulings, and the drafting of reports with findings and recommendations aimed at strengthening the Guatemalan criminal justice system.
