Practice Areas
Focuses on providing strategic counsel to clients on legislative, regulatory, and other tax policy issues, as well as advising on technical tax matters related to transfer pricing and other international tax topics. She has represented clients before the IRS in connection with Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) claims to resolve instances of double taxation, and transfer pricing and foreign derived intangible income (FDII) audits. She also counsels on various transfer pricing issues related to intangible property and post-merger integration.
