More than 30 years' experience advising individuals and entities in the most serious and complex civil and criminal matters, including in connection with investigations by the DOJ, SEC and various state attorneys general and district attorneys’ offices. Has successfully defended entities and individuals in high-profile criminal investigations and indictment. Extensive crisis management experience. Led numerous corporate internal investigations. Advises boards of directors and management of public and private companies on compliance issues and programs. Serves as Firm's general counsel and ethics committee chair. He also is a member of the firm’s Client Engagement and Risk committees and serves on the firm’s Policy Committee (ex officio).
