Career
Having worked as a staff attorney at the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), Landon now helps energy market participants navigate complex regulatory requirements. He represents electric utilities, generators, and retail electric providers before the PUCT and ERCOT.
Landon has a particular focus on structuring private-use networks (PUNs) and other behind-the-meter arrangements involving generators, data centers, and large industrial loads. He also advises on a wide range of commercial transactions related to the sale and generation of electric energy.
