Practice Areas

Ki Hong leads Skadden's Political Law practice. He advises major corporations from a wide range of industries on political law issues relevant when engaging in government affairs or government procurement activity, including federal, state and local campaign finance, honest services fraud, lobbying, Foreign Agents Registration Act, ethics and conflict-of-interest laws. In addition, he advises clients on “pay-to-play” laws imposing restrictions on corporate, PAC and individual employee political activities applicable when companies have or seek government contracts. Mr. Hong is a Washingtonian Top Lawyer for Ethics and Election Law and, in 2022, was added to their Top Lawyers Hall of Fame.
