Mr. Wolff has a diverse corporate practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and corporate governance matters. He has advised public and private companies, private equity firms (and their portfolio companies) and REITs in connection with a wide variety of U.S. and cross-border corporate matters, including negotiated and contested acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, strategic investments and joint ventures, tender offers, spin-offs, corporate reorganizations and activist situations. Mr. Wolff also has advised several of the Firm’s investment banking clients in transactional work. Mr. Wolff also serves as co-head of Skadden's Private Equity practice.
