Kenda is a senior associate in our Toronto office and is a member of the Corporate group. Kenda practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Kenda advises and has experience working with clients in various industries, with a growing focus on venture technology and emerging growth companies.

After articling with our Toronto office, Kenda joined the Dentons Corporate group in Dubai where she advised on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and company set ups and structuring for local and international clients.
