Prior to joining Dentons Canada LLP, Wil has worked as in-house counsel for a real estate developer and as an associate for a boutique real estate law firm in Vancouver. During that time, Wil has acted for real estate developers, purchasers, vendors, private financial lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants in connection with real estate transactions in Canada and the United States.
