Samantha Chang

Samantha Chang (She/Her/Hers) is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Dentons’ Vancouver office. She acts as counsel in complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and commercial arbitrations and mediations, with a focus on shareholder disputes, oppression proceedings, contested transactions, securities litigation, contractual disputes, professional negligence and competition law. She has also acted as litigation counsel in obtaining court approval of plans of arrangement.

Samantha advises clients across a broad range of industries, with particular experience in technology, financial services and forestry. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ business and objectives, which allows her to provide practical and strategic advice in protecting their interests and achieving their desired results.
