Stephen Lloyd

Stephen is a hard-nosed, transactional negotiator, strategist and proven deal-maker. Stephen is fiercely loyal to his clients. These clients are entrepreneurs, multinationals, real estate trusts and family–owned businesses, carrying out various high-value transactions involving both their real estate and operating business assets. Together with other members of the Dentons commercial team, he is known for achieving the best possible, practical and concrete results for his clients.

He has more than 25 years of experience in business dealings in various industries, from commercial real estate to forest products, as well as e-retail, distribution and manufacturing and logistics, often advising companies on the particularities of Québec regulations as they apply to their businesses. Likewise, he has assisted many Canadian-based clients with their international expansion, via the global Dentons platform.
