Jeff Coape-Arnold

Jeff is a partner in Dentons’ Real Estate group, with a practice that focuses on commercial real estate law. Jeff has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate lending, condominium development, leasing, and commercial and retail projects with a particular emphasis on residential and mixed-use developments. He is regularly sought out for his exceptional insight and aptitude on the structuring of joint ventures and partnerships for complex mixed-use real estate projects.

Based in Calgary and Vancouver, Jeff also advises and acts for clients on a wide range of general corporate commercial matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, asset and share purchase transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
