Robert Gilroy

As an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Edmonton, Robert Gilroy maintains a varied practice that includes tort and negligence claims (both insurance defence and plaintiff matters), and construction disputes. Robert has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.

Prior to shifting into a career in law, Robert gained invaluable experience as a commercial lines insurance underwriter, where he focused on assessing risk. This knowledge gives Robert a more client-facing perspective and enables him to provide holistic advice to his clients.
